Aby-a-Day – July 11: Out and about with Angel

Since Jacoby steals the lion’s share of the spotlight around here, I thought I’d share a few more photos of Angel outside along the Harborwalk.

Just because she’s a 6-year-old, one-eyed rescue doesn’t mean that she doesn’t enjoy a little fresh air and sunshine.

And grass.

She’ll even put up with a harness and leash if it means a break from routine.

I guess it’s her inner Aby shining through.

Even though she wasn’t raised on a harness and leash the way Jake was, and despite never even wearing a harness or a leash until she was over a year old, she handles herself remarkably well.

In some ways, she’s actually braver outside than she is in our apartment.

Perhaps that’s because Tessie isn’t out here with her..?

I think I’m being followed…

…In fact, I know I am! I noticed this yesterday:

I know I have people who follow my blog by email, but I didn’t realise just how many there are! 498! I’m pretty pleased with this. And if two more people sign up…well, 500 followers is quite a milestone!
