Sad news. Tardar Sauce, known worldwide as Grumpy Cat and possibly the most famous cat on the planet, died on Tuesday from complications from a urinary tract infection. She was seven years old.
She was an inspiration to all cats who wanted to become a meme, and if it wasn’t for her, Boston may never have had Strollercat. I was pleasantly surprised by her Lifetime show, Grumpy Cat’s Worst Christmas Ever and I love the Grumpy Cat Weather App. I can’t believe she died so young.
I drew her, once, in a cartoon about the “Aby smile.” She was surprisingly difficult ti draw!

I wonder if she would have been impressed she mad the Washington Post? I feel bad for her owners just as I have for you that they had to deal with this with her being so young. I have also been meaning to tell you how very much I look forward to your blog everyday! Your photos are amazing!

My beloved rat Leonard died this Wednesday morning. So Grumpy Cat was there to greet him. His brother Sheldon will be there, too. That’s the only thing that makes me happy right now, knowing that the two of them are together again and that I will see them both again some day.
